游离股内侧皮瓣在修复手部皮肤软组织缺损中的临床应用

摘要
目的探讨游离股内侧皮瓣修复手部皮肤软组织缺损的临床疗效。方法 2014年5月-2017年5月应用游离股内侧皮瓣修复手部皮肤软组织缺损18例,皮瓣大小为5.5 cm×3.0 cm～9.0 cm×6.0 cm,供区直接缝合或全厚皮片植皮修复。结果 18例游离股内侧皮瓣全部成活,术后随访6个月～3年,皮瓣质地、外形满意,感觉恢复良好。结论股内侧皮瓣具有质地、外形佳,色质好,供区隐蔽,感觉恢复良好等优点,是修复手部皮肤软组织缺损的理想皮瓣。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of free medial thigh flap on the repair of skin and soft tissure defect in hand. Methods Eighteen cases of skin and soft tissue defect in hand were treated by free medial thigh flap transplantation, the flap size was 5.5 cm × 3.0 cm ～ 9.0 cm × 6.0 cm, the donor area was sutured directly, or repaired by full thickness skin graft. Results All 18 cases of free medial thigh flap survived, and were followed up for 6 months to 3 years, the shape and texture was satisfactory, the sensory recovery was good. Conclusion Medial thigh flap has the advantage of good texture, shape,colour and lustre, concealed donor area and good sensory recovery, it is an ideal flap to repair skin and soft tissue defect in hand.
