摘要
在高压釜和固定床反应器中,考察了催化剂的活性及反应的最佳工艺条件,在此基础上进行了催化剂的寿命实验。结果表明:负载型杂多酸催化剂对甲基异丙苯的异构化反应有很好的活性,高温焙烧后Si-B型硅胶作载体时,催化剂的活性最佳。优化试验得到的反应最佳工艺条件为:反应温度125℃,空速小于2 h~(-1),原料甲苯中的水含量小于100μg/g的条件下,产物中甲基异丙苯三种异构体的分布为间甲基异丙苯(m-IPT)∶对甲基异丙苯(p-IPT)∶邻甲基异丙苯(o-IPT)=65.73∶30.81∶3.46,间甲基异丙苯的选择性高,而且邻甲基异丙苯含量低于4%,满足后续吸附分离提纯的进料要求。
        The activity of supported phosphotungstic-acid on the isomerization of IPT was studied and the influence of carrier on the activity of catalysts was investigated in autoclave and fix-bed reactors. On these bases, the life test of the catalysts was carried out. The results showed that the supported heteropolyacid could be used as catalyst in the isomerization of IPT, the high-temperature baked SiO_2 which named Si-B was the best carrier for the catalyst. The best operation conditions included that reaction temperature was 125 ℃, WHSV was fewer than 2 h~(-1), the water content of the raw material toluene is less than 100 μg/g, and under these conditions, the ration of three isomers in IPT is m-IPT∶p-IPT∶o-IPT= 65.73∶30.81∶3.46.
