摘要
创业团队异质性是近年来创业研究的热点。在前人研究的基础之上,将异质性划分为社会异质性和功能异质性两类,用SPSS分析构建线性回归模型,探究了这两类异质性对新企业绩效的影响作用,并加入领导者情绪智力作为调节变量。其中,社会异质性采用年龄和教育水平两个维度,功能异质性采用经验和知识两个维度。实证研究结果表明,社会异质性对新企业绩效有负向作用,功能异质性对新企业绩效有正向作用,领导者的情绪智力在异质性和新企业绩效之间存在一个正向的调节关系。
        The heterogeneity of entrepreneurial teams is a current hot topic in entrepreneurship research. Based on the study of relevant papers,this paper divided the heterogeneity into social heterogeneity and heterogeneity of function,constructed the linear regression model by SPSS analysis,explored the influence of heterogeneity on the new ventures' performance and joined the leader's emotional intelligence as a regulatory variable. Among them,social heterogeneity adopts two dimensions of age and education level,and functional heterogeneity adopts two dimensions of experience and knowledge. The study found that age heterogeneity and educational level heterogeneity are negatively related to new ventures' performance. Empirical heterogeneity and knowledge heterogeneity are positively related to new ventures' performance. The emotional intelligence of leaders regulates the relationship between heterogeneity and the new ventures' performance. The result shows that social heterogeneity has a negative effect on the new ventures' performance. Functional heterogeneity has a positive effect on the new ventures' performance,and this relationship is adjusted by leader's emotional intelligence.
