摘要
2017年5—10月,利用APF-1引诱剂对不同松林内松褐天牛Monochamus alternatus Hope进行引诱试验,运用统计学方法分析华山松Pinus armandii纯林、马尾松Pinus massoniana纯林及马-华混交林内引诱松褐天牛数量及雌雄性比,探索气温、相对湿度、降雨量等气象因子对诱捕松褐天牛数量的影响。结果表明:APF-1引诱剂在华山松林内引诱松褐天牛数量及雌虫数均最多,马尾松林内引诱数量最少,马-华混交林内介于两者之间;7月下旬诱捕数达到最高,随后逐步递减。仅马尾松纯林内诱捕的松褐天牛数量与气温有一定相关性,且差异显著,可构建模型进行拟合;其他林分内诱捕数量与各气象因子相关性较差。
        Experiment of trapping Monochamus alternatus with attractant APF-1 were carried out in different pine forest stands from May to October in 2017. The relationship among the amount of trapping and male-female ratio of M. alternatus in three pine woods including Pinus armandii natural stand,Pinus massoniana natural stand and Pinus armandii-Pinus massoniana mixed stand,were analyzed by statistical methods. Explored the influence of meteorological factors such as temperature,relative humidity,and rainfall on the number of trapped M. alternatus. The results showed that APF-1 attracted the largest number of M. alternatus and females in P. armandii stand,the least in P. massoniana stand,and the number of traped M. alternatus in P. armandii-P. massoniana mixed stand was between the other two.Among them,the number of the trapped reached the highest in late July and then gradually decreased.Only trapped M. alternatus in Pinus massoniana stand showed a certain correlation with the temperature,and the differences were significant. A model could be built to fit the meteorological. The number of trapped M. alternatus in the other pine stands were less related to meteorological factors.
