摘要
针对聚氨酯喷涂法在排水管道修复中的应用,通过使用ANSYS建立三维有限元数值模拟管道-沥青路面结构,分析了地下管道的受力特征,发现了在车辆荷载的作用下聚氨酯喷涂厚度对地下管道受力的影响规律。以长沙市凤嘴泵442m管道修复工程为例,简要介绍了聚氨酯喷涂修复技术的施工方法。理论与实践表明:聚氨酯喷涂法修复管道时能有效减少管道的受力,使管道具有更高的强度。
        In view of the application of polyurethane spraying method in drainage pipe repair, the three-dimensional finite element numerical simulation of pipeline-asphalt pavement structure by ANSYS is carried out. The stress characteristics of underground pipeline are analyzed, and the law of the force of polyurethane spraying on the underground pipeline is found under vehicle loads. The construction method of polyurethane spray repair technology is briefly introduced through the 442 m pipeline repair project of Fengzuibeng in Changsha. The theory and practice show that the polyurethane spray coating can effectively reduce the force of the pipeline when the pipeline is repaired and the pipeline has higher resistance.
