改革开放以来中国工业经济发展空间格局演化

摘要
工业是中国的立国之本,工业化是一个国家经济发展的必由之路。在全面建成小康社会的决胜阶段,工业发展不平衡的问题更加突出,推动区域间工业经济协调发展是贯彻落实区域协调发展战略、推进全面实现工业化的重要课题。基于1978-2016年的省际面板数据,结合地理信息系统方法,考察了改革开放以来中国工业经济发展的区域差异及其演变路径。研究表明:(1)GDP重心轨迹线与工业重心轨迹线具有相似的演化路径,经济重心逐渐南移,但其南移幅度不如工业重心显著;人口重心的演变路径真实刻画了"孔雀东南飞"的景象。(2)中国工业经济发展空间格局演变的阶段性特征十分显著,工业空间格局与重心演变路径整体表现为:南强北弱(重心南移)→西快东慢(重心西移)→南升北降(重心南移)。
Industry is the foundation of China and industrialization is the only way for a country's economic development. In the decisive stage of building a well-off society in an all-round way, the problem of imbalance in industrial development has become more prominent. Therefore, promoting the coordinateddevelopment of inter-regional industrial economy is an important issue for implementing the regionalcoordinated development strategy and promoting the full realization of industrialization. Based on thepanel data from 1978 to 2016 and the GIS method, this paper examines the regional differences and evolution paths of China's industrial economic development since the reform and opening up. The researchshows that:(1)The GDP focus trajectory has a similar evolution path to the industrial focus trajectory.During the years of 1978—2016, the economic focus has gradually moved southward, but its southwardshift is not as significant as that of the industrial focus. The evolution path of the population center tra-jectory depicts the scene of the"the Peacock Flies Southeast".(2)Since the reform and opening up,the phasal characteristics of the evolution of China's industrial economy spatial pattern are very signifi-cant. The evolution of industrial spatial pattern and industrial focus trajectory shows as follows: Thesouth is stronger while the north, weaker.(Namely, the focus shifts southward.)→ the west is fasterwhile the east, slower.(Namely, the focus shifts westward.)→ the south rises while the north, falls.(Namely, the focus shifts southward.)
