摘要
现有紫外差分分析仪的气体吸收池为直通结构,受整机体积的影响,导致该气体吸收池光程短较,不能适应低浓度测量的市场要求。紫外气体吸收池在长时间工作过程中,待测气体在光照下会发生化学反应。其形成的固体物质会附着到吸收池内部的光学元件上,对吸收池光路产生影响。如果不及时清洗,会带来测量结果不准确、跳动大等影响。现有直通吸收池清洗需要派专业人员现场或者返厂维护,拆卸后会破坏光路结构,安装时需要重新调整光路,从而增加了设备的维护成本和时间。针对这两个问题,运用光路设计软件ZEMAX进行光路设计及仿真,再根据光路进行气体吸收池的结构优化,设计了一种基于反射原理的可拆卸式气体吸收池。该气体吸收池既能在不增加整机体积前提下提高光程,又能在不破坏光路结构条件下对吸收池进行定期清洗,降低了维护成本。
        The gas absorption cell of existing ultraviolet differential analyzer is a straight through structure,which is limited by the volume of the whole instrument. As a result,the light path of the gas absorption cell is short,so it cannot adapt to the market demond for low concentration measurement. Another problem is the solid substance in ultraviolet gas absorption cell formed by the chemical reaction of the gas under light will attach to the optical element inside the absorption cell after long working process,the path of the light may be affected. If the solid substance is not cleaned in time,the measurement result will be inaccurate,and the pulsation will be large; while cleaning of existing straight through gas absorption cell need to send a professional on-site or return to factory maintenance. The light path structure may be damaged after disassembly,and the light path needs to be re-adjusted,this increases equipment maintenance cost and time. According to these problems,a removable gas absorption cell basis on the principle of reflection is designed,by using the ZEMAX optical design software to design and simulate the optical path,and the structure pf cell is optimized based on light path. This gas absorption cell can not only improve the light path without increasing the volume of the whole machine,but also can carry out regular cleaning of the absorption cell without damaging the light structure to reduce the maintenance cost.
