磷酸维格列汀联合阿卡波糖对初治2型糖尿病患者糖代谢改善的影响

摘要
目的研究磷酸维格列汀联合阿卡波糖对初治2型糖尿病患者糖代谢改善的影响。方法选取我院2017年2月至2018年2月92例2型糖尿病患者为研究对象,采用随机数字法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组46例。对照组患者接受常规基础对症治疗,同时口服阿卡波糖片治疗,在此基础上,观察组患者口服磷酸维格列汀治疗。比较两组患者的治疗总有效率和不良反应发生率,同时比较两组患者治疗前后的空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2hPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、三酰甘油(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)、胰岛B细胞功能指数(HOMA-B)及胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)、体重指数(BMI)。结果治疗后,观察组患者总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者FPG、2hPG、HbA1c、TG、TC、LDL-C、Flns及HOMA-IR均明显低于对照组(P<0.01),HOMA-B明显高于对照组(P<0.01);两组患者不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论磷酸维格列汀联合阿卡波糖对初治2型糖尿病患者糖代谢改善效果良好,且该方案可靠性高,值得推广应用。
Objective To study the effect of viridoxine phosphate combined with acarbose on improving glucose metabolism in newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes patients.Methods Totally 92 patients with type 2 diabetes in our hospital from February 2017 to February 2018 were randomly selected and divided into observation group and control group by random number method,46 cases in each group.The patients in control group received diet and exercise-based treatment,and were given oral treatment of acarbose tablets.On this basis,patients in observation group were treated with viridoxine phosphate orally.The fasting blood glucose(FPG),postprandial 2 h blood glucose(2 hPG),glycated hemoglobin(HbA1 c),triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC),and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),fasting insulin(FINS),islet B-cell function index(HOMA-B),insulin resistance index(HOMA-IR),and body mass index(BMI) were compared before and after treatment between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05);the levels of FPG,2 hPG,HbA1 c,TG,TC,LDL-C,Flns and HOMA-IR in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.01).The HOMA-B in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.01).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Viridoxine phosphate combined with acarbose has good effect on the improvement of glucose metabolism in patients with newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes.The reliability of this regimen is high and it is worthy of popularization and application.
