摘要
本科生导师制度是高等教育因材施教和人文教育的重要举措。本文探讨了江苏科技大学蚕业研究所和生物技术学院在所院融合管理的新模式下,在本科生导师制的实践与探索方面取得的经验与成绩,以期为其他类似的高等教育机构在人才培养方面提供借鉴。
The undergraduate tutorial system is not only an important part of the high education system,but also one of the important moves for progressive education and humanities education. In this paper,the system that was implemented by a new mode of integrated management(Sericulture Research Institute and College of biotechnology,Jiangsu University of Science and Technology) was explored. The study creates a successful experience with a very good reference to other high education institutes within the similar mode.
