基于PLC载带料盘的条码智能擦除控制系统

摘要
载带料盘在准备再次回收利用时,需要擦除旧的条码。为了解决料盘旧条码擦除过程中传统方式效率低,人工参与度高等问题,提高料盘回收利用效率,减少人工成本,设计了料盘条码智能擦除控制系统。该系统由取料、送料,激光擦除三部分组成,由PLC主控制器,触摸屏人机界面控制,模数转换模块,通讯模块,激光测距模块,机器视觉模块,激光擦除模块等共同配合实现其自动取料盘,输送料盘,激光擦除料盘条码等功能。经过现场调试及应用:该控制系统提高了料盘回收利用效率,减轻了人工参与度,为企业节约了较大成本。
        The old barcode of carrier tape-and-reel needed to be erased when it was ready for recycling. In order to solve the problems such as low efficiency and high labor participation of traditional erasing methods of barcode,improve the efficiency of recycling of reel and reduce labor cost,the control system was designed for intelligent erasing of reel barcode. The system was consisted of three parts: feeding,conveying and laser erasing. And PLC main controller,human-machine interface module,analog-to-digital conversion module,communication module,laser ranging module,machine vision module and the laser erasing module were cooperated to realize the functions of automatic feeding,conveying and barcode cleaning. The on-site commissioning and application show that the control system improves the efficiency of recycling of reels,reduce the labor participation and saves the cost for company.
