翻转教学在高职内科护理学教学中的应用研究

摘要
目的探讨翻转教学在高职内科护理学中的应用对教学效果的影响。方法选取江苏卫生健康职业学院2014级高职护理两个大班(228人)的学生为研究对象,抽签法随机分为研究组(1大班,120人)和对照组(2大班,108人)。研究组选取内科护理学中循环系统疾病的多个重要章节,应用翻转教学法进行授课;对照组在相应章节仍用传统教学法。比较两组学生所选章节期末理论考试成绩及对两种方法教学效果的评价。结果研究组护生所选章节期末理论考试成绩为(27. 33±2. 06)分,高于对照组的(21. 94±1. 49)分(P<0. 05)。研究组护生对翻转教学法能提高自主学习能力、加速知识内化、提高教学效果和提高教师教学水平的评价均高于对照组护生对传统教学法的评价(P<0. 05)。结论将翻转教学方法引入到高职护生的内科护理学教学中,能弥补传统教学法的不足,提高护生的自主学习能力,促进知识内化,提高教学效果。
        Objective To explore the effect of Flipped Classroom for the teaching of medical nursing in higher vocational colleges. Methods Two hundred and twenty-eight students of higher vocational nursing from two classes in Jiangsu Vocational College of Health were selected and divided into two groups by lottery which included the study group( 1 class,120 students) and the control group( 2 classes,108 students). The students in study group learnt the chapters of Diseases in Circulation System who were taught by the method of Flipped Classroom. The students in control group were taught by traditional teaching method in same chapters. The scores of final theoretical examination and the evaluation of the teaching efficiency of the two methods were compared.Results The final theoretical examination scores of the study group were( 27. 33 ±2. 06) which was significantly higher than that of the control group( 21. 94 ±1. 49)( P<0. 05). The scores of teaching efficiency evaluation of the nursing students in study group were higher than those in the control group( P<0. 05) including improvement of self-learning ability and knowledge construction as well as teaching efficiency. Conclusions The application of Flipped Classroom in the teaching of medicine nursing for higher vocational nursing students can cover the shortcomings of traditional teaching and improve the self-learning ability of nursing students,which promotes the construction of knowledge.
