角色扮演教学模式的构建与实践——以《学前教育心理学》课程为例

摘要
教育部先后推出多项政策、意见,要求各高校改变课堂教学方式方法,全面提高人才培养能力。学前教育专业师范生对未来的工作情境不熟悉、实操能力低、解决实际问题的能力弱,构建角色扮演教学模式并应用于《学前教育心理学》课程的教育教学,顺应了时代要求和课程特点,有利于促进学生核心素养的培养,改善课堂教学效果,提升人才培养质量。
The ministry of education has issued many suggestions and policies, appealing to colleges and universities for a change in classroom teaching methods and a comprehensive improvement in talents training. Considering the fact that the normal college students majoring in preschool education are not familiar with their future working conditions, have no good operational capability and are very weak in solving practical problems, the construction of a role-playing teaching mode and its application to the teaching of the course Pre-school Educational Psychology conforms to the requirements of the times and the characteristics of the course, and is conducive to promoting the cultivation of students' key competencies, improving the classroom teaching effect and enhancing the quality of talent training.
