摘要
为了满足小体积的需要,设计了一种船用小型两位置转换开关方案。分析了两位置转换开关总体结构和工作原理,对转换开关操作机构设计过程中出现的问题分析并进行优化改进。通过对转换开关进行船用环境适应性研究和设计,使其满足耐高低温、耐湿热、抗冲击和振动要求。试验结果表明,小型两位置转换开关具有结构简单、体积小、机械联锁可靠、能抗冲击和振动等优点。
This paper introduced a small two-position transfer switch for ship.It analyzed the overall structure and working principle of the two-position transfer switch,and discussed the problems in the design of the switch operation mechanism and optimized the transfer switch operating mechanism.Ship environment adaptability of the switch were researched in order to satisfy the requirements of high and low temperature,damp and hot resistance,resistance to shock and vibration.The test results show that the small two-position transfer switch has the advantages of simple structure,small volume,reliable mechanical interlock and resistance of shock and vibration.
