摘要

完善住房租赁市场,是保障居民基本居住需求和健全房地产房市场体系的重要途径。中国城镇化可持续健康发展亟需完善租房市场。当前我国住房租赁市场规模不大,供需不平衡,发展不规范,迫切需要通过完善公共住房政策、构建住房金融体系,多渠道扩大租赁市场房源,稳定租赁关系,建立有利于住房租赁市场的税收制度,进一步完善我国住房租赁市场。
        Sustainable and healthy development of the urbanization in China urgently needs to improve the rental market for it is an important way to protect the basic living needs and better real estate housing market system.Nowadays,the small-scale rental housing market,the supply and demand imbalance and the abnormal growth ask for a stable lease relationship,rental market tax policy and further improved rental housing market by making the public housing policy,building housing finance system and expanding channels of the rental listings.
