论习近平以人民为中心的生态文明思想

摘要
习近平以人民为中心的生态文明思想是习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的重要组成部分,体现国家治理体系和治理能力现代化的内在要求。以习近平同志为核心的党中央在深刻回答生态文明建设的重大理论和实践问题的基础上,既形成了以绿色发展为核心的生态动力观、以良好生态环境为核心的生态民生观、以人与自然和谐共生为核心的生态系统论、以生态价值观为准则的生态文化观、以人类命运共同体为引领的生态合作观等系统的思想内容,又形成了按照系统工程的思路,全方位、全地域、全过程开展生态环境保护建设,增强生态文明建设统筹度和协调性的工作方法和思想方法。
The thought of Xi Jinping's people-centered ecological civilization is an important part of Xi Jinping's socialist thought with Chinese characteristics in the new era,which embodies the inherent requirement of modernization of state governance system and governance capability. On the basis of profoundly answering the major theoretical and practical questions in the construction of ecological civilization,The Party Central Committee,with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core,has not only formed the ideological content of the system, such as the ecological dynamic view on the core of green development,the ecological livelihood view with the core of the good ecological environment,the ecological system theory based on the harmonious co-existence of man and nature,the ecological culture view with the ecological values as the criterion, the ecological cooperation concept guided by the community of human destiny,and so on. It has also formed the work method and thought method of improving the overall degree and coordination of ecological civilization construction in accordance with the idea of system engineering,carrying out the construction of ecological environment protection in all directions,all regions and throughout the process.
