双孢蘑菇工厂化栽培中四种木霉病害的精准鉴定

摘要
精准鉴定是有效预防和控制双孢蘑菇工厂化栽培中病虫害的重要前提。利用病原菌形态特征和内转录间隔区(ITS)序列对双孢蘑菇工厂化栽培中的四种木霉病害进行鉴定,结果证明它们分别为:绿木霉Trichoderma virens、哈茨木霉T.harzianum、子座木霉T.stromaticum和钩状木霉T.hamatum,为今后精准鉴定双孢蘑菇工厂化栽培中的病害提供方法,同时也为双孢蘑菇工厂化栽培中这四种木霉病害的鉴定提供参照依据。
