摘要
目的探讨强制性运动与作业疗法对颅脑损伤后上肢功能恢复的影响。方法将本院2016年2月—2017年5月90例颅脑损伤后上肢功能障碍患者分组(随机数字表法)。对照组给予单一常规训练治疗,观察组则给予常规训练联合强制性运动与作业疗法治疗。比较2组颅脑损伤后上肢功能障碍改善率、上肢功能恢复正常时间、治疗前后患者上肢功能测验评分和FMA上肢功能评分及日常生活活动能力MBI评分。结果观察组颅脑损伤后上肢功能障碍改善率高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组上肢功能恢复正常时间短于对照组(P<0.05),治疗前2组上肢功能测验评分、FMA上肢功能评分、日常生活活动能力MBI评分相近(P>0.05);治疗后观察组上肢功能测验评分、FMA上肢功能评分、日常生活活动能力MBI评分优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论常规训练联合强制性运动与作业疗法治疗颅脑损伤后上肢功能障碍的应用效果确切,可有效改善上肢功能和日常生活能力,值得推广应用。
        Objective To explore the effect of compulsory exercise and occupational therapy on functional recovery of upper limbs after craniocerebral injury.Methods A total of 90 patients with upper limb dysfunction after craniocerebral injury in the hospital from February 2016 to May 2017 were divided into a control group and an observation group by the random number table method. The control group was given a single routine training treatment, while the observation group was given the routine training combined with a compulsory exercise and occupational therapy. The improvement rate of upper limb dysfunction, the recovery time of upper limb function, the upper limb function test score, FMA upper limb function score and MBI score of daily living ability before and after the treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The improvement rate of upper limb dysfunction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);the recovery time of upper limb function in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05); the upper limb function test score, FMA upper limb function score, and MBI score of daily living ability in the two groups before the treatment were similar(P > 0.05), while after treatment, the upper limb function test score, FMA upper limb function score, and MBI score of daily living ability in the observation group were superior to those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The conventional training combined with compulsory exercise and occupational therapy is effective in the treatment of upper limb dysfunction after craniocerebral injury. It can effectively improve the upper limb function and daily living ability. It is worth popularizing and applying.
