摘要
为在较低温度下制备出性能良好的复合泡沫陶瓷,以工业碳化硅粉(≤0.074 mm,w(SiC)≥92.0%)和电熔白刚玉粉(≤0.074 mm,w(Al_2O_3)≥99.0%)为主要原料,采用有机泡沫浸渍法,在1 350℃保温2 h制备了SiC-Al_2O_3泡沫陶瓷试样,研究了烧结助剂V_2O_5添加量(外加质量分数分别为1%、2%和3%)对泡沫陶瓷试样外观形貌、物相组成、烧结性能、常温耐压强度和抗热震性的影响。结果表明:添加V_2O_5显著影响试样的显气孔率和耐压强度,当添加1%(w)V_2O_5时,试样的显气孔率、耐压强度达到最大值,分别是78.90%和0.35MPa;当V_2O_5添加量为2%(w)时,试样的抗热震性最佳,1 000℃至室温的热震循环次数达到49次(45次空冷+4次水冷);试样中均有新相SiO_2和Al_6Si_2O_(13)生成,利于提高试样的强度。
        This work aims at preparing composite ceramic foams with good properties at relatively low temperatures. SiC-Al_2O_3 ceramic foams specimens were prepared at 1 350 ℃ for 2 h from the powders of commercial silicon carbide( ≤0. 074 mm,w( SiC) ≥92. 0%) and white fused corundum( ≤0. 074 mm,w( Al_2O_3) ≥99. 0%) via a polymeric sponge impregnation method. The influences of V_2O_5 extra-additions( 1%,2%,and 3% by mass) on the appearance,phase composition,sintering properties,cold compressive strength and thermal shock resistance of as-prepared ceramic foams were investigated. The results show that: the addition of V_2O_5 remarkably influences the apparent porosity and compressive strength of the specimens; the specimen with 1% V_2O_5 has the highest AP and CCS,78. 90% and 0. 35 MPa,respectively; the specimen with 2% V_2O_5 has the best thermal shock resistance,49 cycles from 1 000 ℃ to room temperature including 45 in air and then 4 in water cooling; new phase SiO_2 and Al_6Si_2O_(13) can be detected in all specimens,which improve the strength.
