视频技术的构建及在仪器管理与安全中的应用

摘要
仪器设备是大学教学和科研的基础,充分利用好这些资产对学校的发展起着至关重要的作用。近年来,本实验平台在大型仪器设备安全高效使用方面做了一些有益的探索和实践。通过建立健全完善的规章制度、提高业务素质、安全常识和仪器操作岗前培训、严格控制准入和预约制度、仪器定期维护以及多媒体视频自主学习等机制,为仪器的安全使用提供了保障。特别是视频技术的构建,对安全起了积极作用,使新入职实验人员能够快速掌握仪器的规范使用方法,也可作为开放实验室的培训材料。
The instruments and equipments are an important base for teaching and scientific research, so using of these equipments well will play a vital role in development of the university. The experiment platform has done some beneficial explorations and practices on the safe and effective application of large-scale instrument and equipment in recent years. We have made efforts in the following aspects, including improving the quality of laboratory technicians, improving the professional quality, pre-job training of safety common sense and instrument operation, strict control system of access and booking system, maintaining instrument regularly, learning by multimedia video autonomously to ensure the safety use of the instrument and equipment. In particular, the construction of video technology plays a positive role in safety. It can make new experimenters to quickly grasp the specification of instruments usage, and can also be used as training materials for open laboratories.
