定向预裂卸压技术在预切顶沿空留巷中的应用

摘要
针对坚硬顶板下的沿空留巷顶板预裂卸压问题,以某矿20916工作面为背景,提出采用隔震定向爆破卸压技术,结合定向预裂理论对20916工作面进行深孔定向爆破并确定关键参数,利用断裂力学和爆破基础理论推导出了炮孔深度、单孔装药量的合理范围和炮孔间距的表达式,实现了聚能和隔震,并成功运用在实际生产中。研究为同条件的定向预裂的沿空留巷起到积极的推广借鉴作用。
        In 20916 working face of a mine as the background,along the empty left lane on under hard roof in order to prevent the shock wave of blasting aggravate the key strata breakage shock isolation pre-splitting unloading technology is presented in this paper,based on theory of directional pre-splitting,20916 working face of deep hole directional blasting and determine the key parameters,using the theory of fracture mechanics and blasting charge weight per blasthole is deduced the blast hole depth,the reasonable range and the expressions of the hole spacing,shaped and isolation is achieved,and successfully used in actual production. For the following along with conditions of directional pre-splitting play a positive promotion for reference.
