摘要

重点阐述了20CrMnTi特殊结构件的焊接与热处理过程控制,通过改变20CrMnTi焊接参数来提高焊接质量,使焊缝满足技术及使用要求,同时利用装罐保护的方式防止热处理氧化、变形,最终使得20CrMnTi特殊结构件达到优异的使用性能。
        The welding and heat treatment process control of the special structure parts made by 20 CrMnTi are emphatically expounded in this paper. The welding quality is improved by changing the welding parameters of 20 CrMnTi,so that the welding joints could meet the requirements of technology and application. Meanwhile,tank protection method is used to prevent from the heat treatment oxidation and transformation. Finally,the 20 CrMnTi special structure parts could achieve the excellent performance.
