道路工程土石方调配与施工进度的动态联合优化研究

摘要
为解决道路工程路基设计与施工中的土石方调配问题,根据道路工程土石方调配施工的特点与要求,建立道路工程土石方调配与施工进度的动态联合优化模型。模型考虑了土石方调配施工过程的动态性、施工进度的局部可调整性,以及施工作业面的生产强度限制,将土石方的优化调配与施工进度结合,实现了道路路基土石方调配的动态优化及与工程进度的联合优化。工程实践应用表明,本模型的计算结果提高了道路路基开挖料的利用率,减少弃料量和借料区开挖量,减少了弃料占地面积和借料区征地面积,有利于保护道路沿线生态环境,实现了经济目标与生态目标的共同改进。
        To solve the problem about earthwork allocation in subgrade design and construction of road engineering,according to construction characteristics and requirements of road engineering earthwork allocation,the dynamic and joint optimization model of earthwork allocation and construction schedule for road engineering is constituted in the paper.The optimization model considers the dynamic characteristic of earthwork allocation,local adjustability of construction schedule,intensity limit of construction section,which realizes dynamic optimization of earthwork allocation and joint optimization of earthwork allocation and construction schedule in road engineering.Application of the optimization model in project practice shows that the calculation results by the model improve earthwork utilization ratio of subgrade excavation,reduce disposal and borrow earthwork amount,and decrease site area for disposal earthwork and land expropriation area for borrow earthwork,which is benefits to environment protection along the road,and can ameliorate both economic goal and ecological goal ultimately.
