摘要
分析研究了1142型大全张印刷机递纸机构的动态特性,利用Pro/E建立了三维实体模型,应用多体动力学软件ADAMS建立了下摆式递纸机构模型并进行运动学和动力学仿真分析,确定了递纸摆臂的角位移动态响应误差,从而保证纸张定位和交接精度,为递纸机构优化设计提出方法。
The dynamic characteristic of the paper-transferring mechanism of 1142-type printing press is analyzed.Its 3D solid model is established based on Pro/E,ADAMS is applied to establish the model of lapping paper-transferring mechanism.The view of kinematics and dynamics is analysed and angular displacement dynamic response error of the paper-transferring mechanism is determined,the registering and connect accuracy are ensured,which proposing the method for the optimal design of paper-transferring mechanism.
