摘要
下摆式递纸机构,作为单张纸胶印机的关键部件——递纸机构的力学性能将直接影响着印刷的速度和印品的质量,从某种意义上讲它还决定了印刷机的性能优劣。本文采用VB程序平台对四杆机构进行求解,确定四杆的长度及安装位置角后,对凸轮进行设计,得出凸轮的轮廓曲线图。
The hem type gripper mechanism,as a key part of the sheet-fed paper offset press——mechanical properties of paper-transferring mechanism will directly affect the speed of the press and the quality of the printed matter.In some sense,it also determines the performance of the printing press.Our topic use the VB program to research the four poles.After the length of the four poles and the installation angle determined,we can research the cam and get the outline of the cam.
