摘要
以温热、湿热两大类温病为纲,通过分析吴鞠通在应用利小便法时的药物性味合化配伍,详细阐述了各类利小便法在《温病条辨》中的应用,以期指导临床逐邪从水道外出的思路和方法的具体应用。在湿热类温病中,淡渗通利小便以祛湿,通下利小便以逐邪;在温热类温病中,淡渗利小便以通热郁,甘苦益阴气以利小便,淡通活用变苦通。
        This study takes warm heat and damp heat diseases as key points and explains in detail as how various methods of removing obstructions from the urine duct have been applied in Wen Bing Tiao Bian.This paper analyses the remove obstructions from the urine duct by using the flexible combination of medicines based on their properties and tastes, as long as clearing damp and promoting diuresis, in order to improve Chinese medicine practice. In warm heat diseases, mild permeation and urination are beneficial to dispel dampness and urination is beneficial to dispel evil. In damp heat diseases, mild permeability and urination are beneficial to heat and depression; bitterness and Yin are beneficial to urination, and flexible and flexible use is beneficial to urination.
