摘要
目的:探讨社会支持对大学生生涯适应力的影响机制。方法:采用社会支持评定量表、大学生生涯适应力问卷、希望量表和情绪智力问卷,对1126名大学生进行调查。结果:(1)社会支持和希望都显著正向预测大学生生涯适应力;(2)希望在社会支持对大学生生涯适应力的影响中起完全中介作用;(3)情绪智力调节了社会支持通过希望影响大学生生涯适应力的中介过程的前半路径和后半路径。结论:社会支持会通过希望对大学生生涯适应力产生影响,且这一影响受到了情绪智力的调节。
        Objective: To explore the effects of social support on career adaptability in college students.Methods:A sample of 1126 college students was recruited in this study to complete social support scale, career adaptability questionnaire of college student, adult quality hope scale and emotional intelligence questionnaire. Results: ①Both social support and hope positively predicted career adaptability of college students; ②Hope completely mediated the effect of social support on career adaptability of college students; ③Emotional intelligence moderated the first half path and the latter half path of the mediation. Conclusion: The effect of social support on career adaptability of college students is mediated by hope and moderated by emotional intelligence.
