张伯礼辨治脉痹经验

摘要
介绍张伯礼教授辨治脉痹的经验。脉痹病因复杂,首以病证合参,在明晰诊断和证候的基础上,强调运用中医思维辨证论治;谨依病机之寒热虚实,细辨兼挟之邪,把握好祛邪与扶正的策略;注重整体而治,遣方用药常寒温并用,补疏相合,润燥兼顾,顾护中焦;强调合理调护,临证常内外合治,食养与茶饮并施。
In this paper,Prof. ZHANG Boli's experience in differentiating and treating vessel Bi was introduced.The cause of the disease is complicated,and the diagnosis should combine the disease and syndrome firstly. Based on the clear diagnosis and syndromes,he emphasized the use of traditional Chinese medicine thinking and syndrome differentiation. The pathogenesis of cold,heat,deficiency and excess should be carefully considered. The complicated pathogen should be differentiated. The strategy of eliminating evil and reinforcing healthy qi should be grasped. Attention should be paid to holistic treatment,and prescription should combine with cold and warm herbs,and tonifying and elimination,considering moistening and drying,and caring for middle jiao. Reasonable regulation should be emphasized. In clinical practice,the internal and external treatment is often applied,and food therapy and tea-based drink are often given.
