胃窗超声造影在老年胃及十二指肠病变筛查中的应用

摘要
目的:探究胃窗超声造影在老年胃及十二指肠病变筛查中的应用效果。方法:随机抽取2013年10月—2019年2月到我院进行检查的242例老年患者,对其均分别实施胃窗超声造影以及胃镜检查,分析其检查结果。结果:胃窗超声造影对胃癌、胃淋巴瘤、胃溃疡、胃炎、胃息肉、胃下垂、胃囊肿、胃间质瘤、胃石、胃食管反流、胃底静脉曲张、十二指肠溃疡的检查率与胃镜比较,差异有统计学意义。结论:老年胃及十二指肠病变筛查中采用胃窗超声造影检查结果正确率较高,同时此方法属于无创方法,价格合理,是胃镜以及X线钡餐检查的有益补充。
Objective To explore the application of gastric window contrast-enhanced ultrasonography in the screening of elderly gastric and duodenal lesions. Methods 242 elderly patients were randomly sampled from October 2013 to February2019. The patients underwent contrast-enhanced ultrasound and gastroscopy to analyze the results. Results Gastric window contrast-enhanced ultrasonography for gastric cancer, gastric lymphoma, gastric ulcer, gastritis, gastric polyp, gastroptosis,gastric cyst, gastric stromal tumors, gastrolith, gastroesophageal reflux, gastric varices, duodenal ulcer, compared with gastroscopy, the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion The correct rate of ultrasound contrast examination of gastric and duodenal lesions in elderly patients is high. At the same time, this method is a non-invasive method with reasonable price, It is a useful supplement to gastroscopy and X-ray barium meal examination.
