摘要

高校学生众多,对学生思想和行为产生影响的各种因素较难把握,从而给大学生管理工作带来了新的挑战,同时也对大学生管理工作者提出了更高的要求。本文通过分析目前大学生管理工作普遍存在的问题,并进行了针对性的问卷调查,就调查结果结合目前高校学生管理的实际情况,提出一套运用于大学生管理的微信管理体系。
        Due to the large number of university students,it is difficult to grasp all kinds of factors that influence students' thought and behavior.This brings new challenges to the management of college students.At the same time,it also puts forward higher requirements for college management workers.This paper analyzes the current problems in the management of college students.And targeted questionnaire survey.The findings are combined with the current situation of student management in colleges and universities.Put forward a set of WeChat management system applied to the management of college students.
