浅析十三届全运会中矩阵调度系统的使用

摘要
全运会IBC信号调度中心作为整个全运会电视转播的枢纽与核心,承担着各比赛场馆信号的汇集、分配和调度任务。在IBC信号调度系统中,核心矩阵承载着所有重要信号的调度、监看以及分发任务。矩阵作为IBC信号调度系统的核心,其安全性和稳定性高低是决定整个IBC系统是否可靠的关键[1]。
The IBC signal dispatching center of the national games will be the hub and core of the TV broadcast of the whole national games,and will be responsible for the collection,distribution and scheduling of venue signals of the national games. In the IBC signal dispatch system,the core matrix carries all the important signal scheduling,monitoring and distribution. As the core of the IBC signal scheduling system,the matrix is the key to determine the reliability of the whole IBC system.
