中国普惠金融耦合协调关系及时空分异研究——来自省际面板数据的证据

基于2004~2015年中国31个省份数据测算普惠金融综合指数,利用耦合协调度模型实证分析了中国普惠金融系统的时空分异特征。结果表明:中国普惠金融发展水平总体呈上升态势,但仍处于较低水平,各地区发展水平顺序依次为东部—西部—中部,且中西部与东部地区的差距逐渐缩小;普惠金融系统的耦合度为磨合阶段,耦合协调度为轻度失调等级,尚未达到协调上升水平,整体协调程度偏低;耦合协调度的总体差异逐渐扩大,区域内部省际差异占主导地位,且以东部地区省际差异为主。因此,在普惠金融体系构建过程中,应兼顾提高普惠金融各维度的发展水平,在各地区实施差异化战略,推动普惠金融协调发展。
Based on the inclusive financial development index that are measured for 31 provinces in China from 2004 to2015,this paper analyzes the spatial-temporal differentiation of Chinese inclusive financial system by building a coupling coordination degree model. Results show that,in general,the level of Chinese inclusive finance has an upward trend at a low level. Specifically,the level is relatively high in the eastern and the western,while the median region is relatively low. As for the coupling degree of the inclusive financial system,it is in integration phase now,and the coupling coordination degree is in the stage of mild disorder,but not yet reaching the coordinated development stage and the overall coordination level is low. The overall difference of the coupling coordination degree is gradually enlarging among provinces. Meanwhile,the provincial difference is the main difference within a region,especially the eastern provincial difference is the dominated one. To promote the coordinated development of inclusive finance,it should take into account the development of all dimensions of inclusive finance and implement different strategies in different regions.
