胶枣补血颗粒治疗肾性贫血血虚证的临床观察

摘要
目的:观察胶枣补血颗粒对肾性贫血的临床疗效及安全性。方法:将80例维持性血透合并肾性贫血(血虚证)患者随机分为实验组和对照组各40例,对照组给予促红素、铁剂治疗,实验组在对照组基础上加用自拟胶枣补血颗粒,治疗8周后比较两组症候、血常规(RBC、HGB、HCT)及血清铁蛋白(SF)的变化。结果:实验组完成38例,对照组完成37例。治疗后两组症候均有改善(P<0.05),实验组总有效率为92.1%,对照组总有效率为81.1%,实验组优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组RBC、HGB、HCT均较本组治疗前升高(P<0.01),且实验组高于对照组同期(P<0.05)。两组均无明显不良反应。结论:胶枣补血颗粒治疗肾性贫血疗效良好,可以减轻症状、改善血常规,服用安全。
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Jiaozao Buxue Granules for renal anemia. Methods: Eighty patients with maintenance hemodialysis with renal anemia(blood deficiency syndrome) were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group were treated with erythropoietin and iron, and the experimental group were treated with Jiaozao Buxue Granule on the basis of the control group. After treatment for 8 weeks, the changes of symptoms, blood routine(RBC, HGB, HCT) and serum ferritin(SF) in the two groups were compared. Results: The experimental group completed 38 cases and the control group completed 37 cases. After treatment, the symptoms of both groups improved(P<0.05). The total effective rate was 92.1% in the experimental group and 81.1% in the control group. The experimental group was superior to the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, RBC, HGB, and HCT in the two groups were higher than before those before treatment(P<0.01), and the experimental group was higher than the control group(P<0.05). There were no obvious adverse reactions in both groups. Conclusion: Jiaozao Buxue Granules are effective in treating renal anemia, which can relieve symptoms, improve blood routine, and be taken safety.
