摘要

基于荣成青少年活动中心科技馆球体清水混凝土构件施工现场经验,探讨异形双曲面清水混凝土构件施工工艺,包括支撑架体系搭设、模板下料、球体定位盘安装、模板体系加固、相交球体混凝土浇筑等,为未来清水混凝土异形空间曲面的设计、施工提供技术基础。
        Based on the construction site experience of the spherical fair-faced concrete component of Rongcheng Youth Activity Center Science and Technology Museum,the construction technology of the special-shaped hyperboloid fair-faced concrete component is discussed,including the erection of the support frame system,the blanking of the formwork,the installation of the spherical location plate,the reinforcement of the formwork system,and the pouring of the intersecting spherical concrete,etc. It provides the technical basis of the design and construction of the special-shaped space surface of the fairfaced concrete.
