摘要

法律保障的缺失已经成为高校学生实习工作发展的重要制约因素。关系定位、权益保护、责任承担、社会支持分别成为构建大学生实习法律保障体系的基础、重心、关键和保证。在顶岗实习和非顶岗实习分类的基础上,将顶岗实习定位为劳动法律关系,需要构建"一体两类四层次"的高校学生实习法律保障体系。
        The lack of legal protection has become an important limiting factor for the development of college students’ internship. Relationship orientation, rights and interests protection, responsibility and social support have become the foundation, center of gravity, key and guarantee of the legal security system for college students’ internship. On the basis of the classification of substantive positions and Non-substantive internships, it needs to construct the legal guarantee system of "One Two Types of Four Levels".
