大学生实习权益的保障机制研究

摘要
实习是高校学生培养过程中的重要环节,在产教融合的背景下,实习有着特殊重要的意义。文章在实习权相关理论研究基础上,通过调研浙江省50多所高校,剖析了实习期间侵权的主要内容及形成原因,针对上述问题,从明确实习生法律身份、制定相关法律法规、加强过程监管、提升学生维权意识等方面,提出完善高校学生实习权保障机制的具体途径。
Internship is an important link in the process of cultivating college students. Under the background of the integration of industry and education,internship is of special significance. But at the present stage,students' rights and interests of internship can't be fully guaranteed due to lack of specific legislation,absence of school management and students' weak consciousness of self-protection.On the basis of theoretical researches concerning internship rights,this article analyzes the main contents and causes of the internship infringement by investigating over 50 universities in Zhejiang Province. Regarding the above-mentioned problems,the paper puts forward some concrete ways to perfect the guarantee mechanism of college students' internship rights from the aspects of clarifying the legal status of interns,formulating relevant laws and regulations,strengthening process supervision and promoting students' awareness of safeguarding their rights.
