摘要
采用固相微萃取方法系统分析了白酒中4-甲基愈创木酚、4-乙基愈创木酚的馏出规律,分析了白酒蒸馏过程中4-甲基愈创木酚、4-乙基愈创木酚与酒精度之间的关系。比较了8种浓香型代表酒样中4-甲基愈创木酚、4-乙基愈创木酚的含量分布情况。
        The distillation rules of 4-methyl guaichuanol and 4-ethyl guaichuanol in liquor were systematically analyzed by solid phase microextraction,The relationship between 4-methyl guaichuanol, 4-ethyl guaichuanol and alcohol precision in liquor distillation was analyzed.The content distribution of 4-methyl guaiacol and 4-ethyl guaiacol in 8 types of luzhou-flavor liquor were compared.
