摘要
针对CCS水电站首部枢纽坝基强风化花岗闪长岩透水地层,进行了现场帷幕灌浆试验防渗处理。试验以水泥、水、膨润土及减水剂作为灌浆材料,采用了不同的配合比,确定了灌浆施工工艺、灌浆参数及有效灌浆方法,并对灌浆效果进行了检测分析。结果表明,帷幕灌浆有效降低了坝基岩体的透水性,提高了防渗能力。试验结果为坝基岩体的大规模防渗处理提供了可靠的依据。
For strongly weathered granodiorite permeable formation in complex dam foundation of CCS hydropower station,the paper conducted field curtain grouting test of seepage treatment.The test uses cement,water,bentonite and water reducer as grouting material,the paper determines the grouting construction technology by different mix proportion,grouting parameters and effective grouting methods,and analyzes grouting effect.The results showed that the curtain grouting effectively reduced the permeability of rock mass on dam foundation,improved seepage capacity.The test results provided reliable basis for large-scale seepage treatment of rockmass on dam foundation.
