温馨服务护理在实施健康体检中的应用

摘要
目的:研究与分析温馨服务护理在实施健康体检中的应用。方法:选取本院2015年3月-2016年3月接收的体检者200名作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各100名。对照组采取常规服务护理,而观察组在此基础上采取温馨服务护理,观察比较两组体检者对健康体检的满意度情况。结果:观察组对健康体检环境、体检流程、护士技术、护士服务态度以及整体满意度情况分别为95%、94%、95%、98%、99%,而对照组分别为80%、76%、84%、79%、80%,观察组各项满意度均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:温馨服务护理在实施健康体检中的应用非常显著,即可促使体检者对健康体检环境、体检流程、护士技术、护士服务态度等达到较高满意度,因此值得应用推广。
Objective:To study and analyze the application of warm service nursing in the implementation of health examination. Method:A total of 200 physical examiners admitted from March 2015 to March 2016 in our hospital were selected as the study objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and observation group,100 cases in each group.The control group was adopted routine service nursing,the observation group was adopted warm service nursing on the basis of this.The satisfaction degree of physical examination between the two groups were observed and compared.Result:The health examination environment,the physical examination process,the nurses' skills, the nurses' service attitude and the overall satisfaction degree in the observation group were 95%,94%,95%,98%,99% respectively,and in the control group were 80%,76%,84%,79%,80% respectively.The satisfaction of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of warm service nursing in the implementation of health examination is very significant,which can promote the health examination environment, physical examination process,the nurses' skills,the nurses' service attitude and so on to achieve a higher degree of satisfaction,so it is worth of applying and promoting.
