TRC加固钢筋混凝土板的抗火性能试验研究

摘要
设计了7块钢筋混凝土单向板试件,其中6块为纤维织物网格增强混凝土(TRC)加固试件,另1块为未加固的对比试件,通过ISO 834标准火灾试验研究了TRC加固混凝土板的抗火性能,以及不同施工工艺(喷涂、抹灰)、不同纤维织物层数(1层、2层)和不同锚固构造措施(纤维网格与主结构拉结与否)对TRC加固混凝土板的抗火性能的影响。试验结果显示:采用单层网格、人工抹灰及铁丝拉结的TRC加固试件在火烧30 min后即发生TRC加固层的整体脱落;而采用喷涂施工的TRC加固试件,不论单层还是双层网格,也不论是否存在铁丝拉结锚固,均表现出了良好的抗火性能。说明喷涂施工比人工抹灰具有更好的界面黏结性能,采取的铁丝拉结锚固措施(双向间距250 mm)未能发挥作用,双层网格加固比单层加固抗火性能更好。
        Seven specimens of reinforced concrete one-way slab were designed,among which six specimens were strengthened by textile reinforced concrete(TRC) and the other one was a comparison specimen without strengthening.The fire resistant behavior of concrete slabs strengthened by TRC was studied through ISO 834 standard fire test.The influence factors such as the different construction technologies(plastering,spraying),different fiber fabric layers(1 layer,2 layers) and different anchoring measures(whether the fiber mesh cloth was tied to the main structure or not) were also studied.The results show that the TRC strengthened specimens with 1 layer mesh cloth,manual plastering and wire bonding fell off after burning for 30 minutes in fire.However,the specimens strengthened by TRC with spraying construction have shown good fire-resistance performance regardless of the existence of single-layer or double-layer grids,and whether there is wire anchorage.These indicated that spraying construction has better interface bonding performance than manual plastering.The anchoring measures(the two-way spacing is 250 mm) adopted in this paper fail to play a role,and the double-layer grid reinforcement has better fire-resistance performance than that of single-layer grid.
