摘要
公园绿地、河湖水网作为天然的海绵体,在海绵城市建设过程中具有重要作用。珠海市金湾试点区结合本地特征,在源头削减的基础上,统筹考虑区域河湖水网公园绿地,充分发挥河湖水网公园绿地自然积存、自然渗透、自然净化的作用,实现径流雨水的有效控制和地表水质的明显改善,将周边片区有效的串联,使碎片式的海绵体连片化,并最终形成"大海绵区域",发挥调蓄、净化效果,综合解决片区水量平衡。突出"大海绵"完善区域"弹性"构建,由此形成的"大小海绵"共存体系,是满足海绵城市建设"弹性"诉求的根本途径,为城市发展兼备形象与内涵提供重要支持。
        The park green space and the river lake water network as a natural spongy body have the significant effect in the construction process of sponge city. Combined with the local feature of Zhuhai City Jinwan Pilot Area, on the basis of source reduction, the regional river lake water network and park green space are fully considered, the roles of natural accumulation, natural permeation and natural purification of river lake water network and park green space are fully played, and the effective control of runoff rainwater and the obvious improvement of surface water quality are realized. The surrounding areas are effectively connected series to make the sponges in fragment connected. And finally the "large sponge area" is formed to play the regulation,storage and purification effects and comprehensively to solve the water flow balance of the area. The "large sponge" is highlighted to perfect the "elastic" construction of the area. From this, the "small and large sponges" coexistence system is formed, which is the basic solution to meet the demand of "elastic" construction of sponge city and provides the important support for both image and connotation of city development.
