摘要
目的探讨反馈式音频教学对提高护生自我导向学习能力的效果。方法在对2015级护理本科生进行社区护理学课堂教学时,采用《护理学生自我导向学习能力量表》、教学效果评价问卷进行测量。结果课程结束后,学生自我导向学习能力有所提高,81%的护生希望以后录制更多的音频资料。结论反馈式音频教学有助于提高护生自我导向学习能力。
