摘要
本研究采取访谈法、问卷调查法对8所大学1525名大学在校大学生进行调查,运用因子分析法、均值分析法对大学教师权威影响因素进行分析。研究显示,大学教师权威的影响因素包括人格因素、知识因素、教学因素和身份因素。四个因素对大学教师权威的影响程度存在一定差异,人格因素对大学教师权威影响程度最高,其次是知识因素和教学因素,身份因素对大学教师权威影响程度最低。因此,大学教师可以从以下四方面提高教师权威:在真实的互动中发展教师人格魅力,在知识的整合中提升自身智慧,在课程的设计中发展教学智慧,在师生交往中正视身份的作用和局限性。
In this study, interviews and questionnaires were used to investigate 1525 university students in 8 universities. Factor analysis method and mean analysis method were used to analyze the influencing factors of the authority of university teachers. The research shows that the influencing factors of university teachers' authority include personality factor, knowledge factor, teaching factor and identity factor. There are some differences in the degree of influence of the four factors on the university teachers' authority. Personality factors have the highest degree of influence on the university teachers' authority, followed by knowledge factors and teaching factors, and identity factors have the lowest degree of influence on the university teachers' authority.
