摘要
为了解新疆乌鲁木齐市目前的基层兽医实验室检测能力,利用样品比对方法,对辖区内8个区县实验室进行了布鲁氏菌病虎红平板凝集试验、布鲁氏菌病试管凝集试验,以及H5亚型禽流感、猪瘟、口蹄疫抗体检测等5个比对项目考核。结果显示,上述5个比对项目的样品检测符合率分别为100.0%、80.7%、86.2%、88.3%和88.4%,平均符合率为88.0%。比对结果表明,新疆乌鲁木齐市基层兽医实验室已基本掌握了常用的动物疫病血清学检测技术,其中对布鲁氏菌病虎红平板凝集试验检测技术掌握较好,而对其他4个比对项目,尤其是布鲁氏菌病试管凝集试验检测技术,还需进一步提高检测水平。比对发现,2012—2015年的样品检测符合率均在90%以上,而在2016和2017年分别降至76.4%和84.9%,表明乌鲁木齐市基层兽医实验室检测水平还不稳定。这可能是实验室技术人员减少,且岗位不固定引起的。为此,应进一步加强基层实验室专项技能培训,稳固与提升基层兽医实验室检测能力。
        In order to recognize the detection capability of grass-roots veterinary laboratories in Urumqi city of Xinjiang,five comparative items(Brucellosis RBPT,Brucellosis SAT,antibody detection of H5 subtype AI,CSF and FMD)were examined in 8 laboratories in districts or counties of Urumqi city by the method of sample comparison. Results showed that the average coincidence rate of samples of all these 5 comparative items was 88.0%,and the coincidence rates of respective items were 100.0%,80.7%,86.2%,88.3% and 88.4%,respectively. According to the comparative results,it was concluded that the grass-roots veterinary laboratories in Urumqi City had a basic grasp of common serological techniques for detecting animal diseases. Among the 5 comparative items,the Brucellosis RBPT technique was mastered very well,but the other 4 items were still needed to be better learned,especially the Brucellosis SAT. From 2012 to 2015,the sample testing coincidence rates of grass-roots laboratories were all above 90%,while that of which fell to 76.4% and 84.9% in 2016 and 2017 respectively,indicating the testing level was not stable. The instability was probably caused by inadequacy of laboratory technicians and the absence of a mechanism of fix position. In conclusion,the training of laboratory special skills should be further strengthened to enhance the detection capability of grass-roots veterinary laboratories.
