摘要
针对传统普通镀铬工艺的不足之处,为了改进生产工艺、提高产品质量提供技术储备,文章探讨了两种新的电镀铬方法-自调节电镀铬和复合镀铬两种镀铬工艺。对所制备的镀铬层硬度、结合力计表面形貌进行了测试,并与传统电镀的镀铬层各个性能相比较。结果表明:自调节铬层硬度大于复合铬层与普通铬层;三种工艺镀层结合力质量良好,均能满足使用要求,自调节镀层较复合铬层结晶颗粒细致均匀,比普通铬层的微观形貌中的网状裂纹更细,裂纹数量更少,因此耐腐蚀性能好。总而言之自调节镀铬工艺的铬层能更好的满足生产需要。
        In view of the shortcomings of the traditional common chromium plating process, in order to improve the production process and improve the product quality, two new chromium plating methods, self-adjusting chromium plating and composite chromium plating, are discussed in this paper. The hardness of the chromium plating layer and the surface morphology of the bonding force meter were tested, and the properties of the chromium plating layer were compared with those of the traditional chromium plating layer. The results show that the hardness of self-adjusting chromium layer is higher than that of composite chromium layer and common chromium layer, the adhesion quality of the three kinds of coating is good, all of which can meet the requirements of application, and the crystal particles of self-adjusting coating are more fine and uniform than that of composite chromium layer. Compared with the common chromium layer, the network cracks in the micro-morphology of the chromium layer are finer and the number of cracks is smaller, so the corrosion resistance is better. In general, the chromium layer of self-adjusting chromium plating process can better meet the needs of production.
