摘要
采用油酸(OA)-十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)对石墨烯(GE)进行改性,以苯乙烯(St)、甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)、丙烯酸丁酯(BA)和丙烯酸(AA)为单体,以过硫酸铵(APS)和碳酸氢钠作为引发剂,辅以复配乳化剂,并用预乳化、半连续种子乳液聚合反应法制备了油酸-十二烷基硫酸钠改性石墨烯(OA-SDS-GE)/苯丙乳液纳米复合材料,研究了该纳米复合材料的结构、粒子形态和性能。结果表明,当纳米复合材料固含量为42%左右时,机械和稀释稳定性良好;平均粒径D_H为102.3 nm,粒径分布指数PDI仅为0.007;纳米复合材料具有良好的热稳定性,热失重5%的温度T_(d5%)为351.0℃,热失重10%的温度T_(d10%)为376.2℃;纳米复合材料成膜后表面电阻率为7.9×10~8Ω,具有良好的的抗静电性。
        Graphene(GE) was modified with oleic acid/sodium dodecyl sulfate(OA-SDS-GE), then the acrylic emulsion nanocomposites containing OA-SDS-GE were prepared via pre-emulsification and semi-continuous seed emulsion polymerization, by adjusting the proportions of monomers, such as styrene(St), methyl methacrylate(MMA),butyl acrylate(BA) and acrylic acid(AA), and using ammonium persulfate(APS) and sodium bicarbonate as the initiators,and the compounded emulsifiers. The structure, particle morphology and performance of the nanocomposites were studied,and the results showed that the emulsion with high solid content(42%) had better mechanical and dilution stability, the average particle size and polydispersity index(PDI) measured by PCS were 102.3 nm and 0.007, respectively. The TGA results revealed that the OA-SDS-GE/styrene-acrylic emulsion nanocomposites were thermally stable, and the 5% and 10%thermal decomposition temperatures under N2 atmosphere were 351.0℃ and 376.2℃, respectively. The nanocomposites had a surface resistivity of 7.9×108 Ω after film formation and the film antistatic property was good.
