奥硝唑联合左氧氟沙星治疗盆腔炎的临床观察

摘要
目的探究奥硝唑联合左氧氟沙星治疗盆腔炎的临床效果。方法将天津市武清区王庆坨医院2017年3月-2018年9月收治的盆腔炎患者66例作为研究对象,随机分为参照组和研究组各33例,参照组采用左氧氟沙星治疗,研究组在参照组基础上加用奥硝唑治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后的C反应蛋白、血浆粘度与小腹坠痛、子宫或附件压痛以及白带异常缓解时间。结果两组患者治疗前C反应蛋白、血浆粘度比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后研究组的C反应蛋白、血浆粘度低于参照组,小腹坠痛时间、子宫或附件压痛缓解时间以及白带异常消失时间短于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论奥硝唑与左氧氟沙星联用治疗盆腔炎的效果明显,能够快速消除炎症反应,缓解疼痛,安全性高,值得临床应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of ornidazole combined with levofloxacin in the treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods 66 patients with pelvic inflammatory disease treated in Wuqing District Wangqingtuo Hospital of Tianjin from March 2017 to September 2018 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into reference group and study group with 33 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with levofloxacin, the study group was treated with ornidazole on the basis of the reference group.The C-reactive protein,plasma viscosity and abdominal pain,uterine or additional tenderness and leucorrhea abnormal disappearance time were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results There were no differences in C-reactive protein and plasma viscosity between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment, the C-reactive protein and plasma viscosity in the study group were lower than those in the reference group, the time of abdominal pain, uterine or accessory tenderness relief and leucorrhea abnormal disappearance in the study group were shorter than those in the reference group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Ornidazole combined with levofloxacin has obvious effect in the treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease, which can quickly eliminate inflammation,relieve pain,and have high safety.It is worthy of clinical application.
