摘要

当前我国政治精英的选拔任用以公务员考试制度为标准,但政治精英却贯穿于中国整个历史长河之中。通过探讨中国政治精英的主要历史形态,可以发现传统精神对于现实有重要的启示,能力和品德是政治精英的两翼,选拔范围的广泛是政治精英的合法性所在。探讨历史上的政治精英,有利于人文精神的发扬和经济的发展壮大,有利于民族复兴和可持续发展。
        The selection and appointment of our country's political elite are based on the civil service examination system currently,but the political elite runs through the entire history of China.By exploring the main historical forms of China's political elite,it can be found that the traditional spirit has important enlightenment to the reality,ability and morality are the two wings of political elite and the legitimacy of political elite lies in the wide range of selection.Exploring the political elite in history benefits not only to the development of humanism and economy,but also to the national rejuvenation and sustainable development.
