摘要

介绍了法国液化空气集团首套54 000 m~3/h大型低温深冷分离装置的工艺流程及其运行过程中各种工艺气组成。针对该大型低温深冷分离装置在实际运行过程中存在的工艺和设备方面的问题,提出了相应的改进措施。
        Technological process of first 54 000 m~3/h large cryogenic separation unit of Air Liquide and composition of various process gases during operation process are introduced. In view of the problems existing in the process and equipment of the large cryogenic separation unit, the corresponding improvement measures are put forward.
