摘要
目的利用基于变异系数的模糊物元模型评价不同产地大黄的质量。方法结合欧氏贴近度概念,构建基于变异系数权重的中药质量综合评价的模糊物元模型。选取大黄中没食子酸、游离蒽醌等14个评价指标,评价不同产地大黄的质量。结果 27个产地大黄药材样品中,欧氏贴近度ρH_j>0.2209的样品有9批,主要集中在四川和甘肃陇南,品质较优,均具有"红肉白筋,体重质坚,星点环列,味苦"的优良性状特征;ρH_j<0.160 4的样品主要集中在青海达日和四川峨眉山等地,样品性状与"个头普遍较小,体轻质松,内部有糠心"的劣药特征一致。结论本研究建立的模型使用简单、易于计算,能客观反映大黄药材的质量,也可为基于多种化学成分指标的其他中药材质量综合评价提供参考。
        Objective To evaluate the quality of Rhei Radix et Rhizoma from different producing areas through fuzzy matter-element model based on coefficient of variation. Methods Combined with the concept of Euclidean closeness degree, a fuzzy matter-element model based on variation coefficient weight for comprehensive evaluation of quality of TCM was established. 14 evaluation indexes including gallic acid and free anthraquinones were chosen to evaluate quality of Rhei Radix et Rhizoma from different producing areas. Results Among samples from 27 producing areas, the Euclidean approximation value of 9 batches of samples ρH_j >0.220 9, which were mainly concentrated in Longnan of Gansu Province and Sichuan Province, and the quality of these samples was better, which had good characteristics such as "red meat, white gluten, strong body weight, star dots, and bitter taste"; ρH_j <0.160 4 samples were concentrated in Dari Qinghai and Emeishan Sichuan. The characteristics of the samples were consistent with those of inferior medicines with "generally small size, light weight, loose body and bran heart". Conclusion The model is simple and easy to calculate, which can objectively reflect the quality of Rhei Radix et Rhizoma and provide references for comprehensively evaluating the quality of other TCM based on various chemical constituents.
