摘要
为实现中华民族伟大复兴、以"两个一百年"为核心目标的"中国梦",作为实现"中国梦"的主力军的当代大学生,肩负着历史的使命和人民的重托,如何打造这支中华民族的"梦之队",作为"筑梦人"的广大教师肩负育人使命,其师德建设显得尤为重要。加强师德认知与理想信念、增强师德情感与道德情操、提高师德专业素养与学识功底、构建师德评价机制与激励机制是助力"中国梦"的关键要素。
        To realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and the "Chinese dream" with the "two one-hundred years" as its core goal, the contemporary college students who are the main force for realizing the "Chinese dream" are shouldering the historic mission and the people's trust. How to build this? To support the "Dream Team" of the Chinese nation, the majority of teachers who are "dreamers" take on the mission of educating people. The construction of their teachers' morality is particularly important. Strengthening the teacher's cognition and ideals and beliefs, enhancing the ethics and moral sentiments of the teachers, improving the professional ethics and knowledge of the teachers, and constructing the evaluation mechanism and incentive mechanism of the teachers' morality are the key elements of helping the "Chinese dream".
